The Nix Film: Is this a Bullet Hitting the Street?

I published this article the past April. I found this today, written over 50 years ago in Dallas County Sheriff Bill Decker’s files. I believe it gives evidentiary substance to what M.K. Davis has found in the Nix Film. What do you think?

“Royce Skelton (19 H t96) was standing on the train trestle with Austin Miller and “I saw something hit the pavement at the left rear of the car…I then heard another shot and saw the bullet hit the pavement. The concrete was knocked to the South away from the car. It hit the pavement in the left or middle lane.”

Could this be the bullet M.K. Davis found in the Nix film?

Mr. Davis has been taking the time to study the Nix film. This video shows what he sees…a bullet that missed the limo and hits the street. Do you see it? Watch the witnesses.

I just now saw this post. What a great piece of work documenting one of the missed shots!
Kudos to Mr. David and to Gayle for posting it! I’ve long thought there is some sort of debris seen in one of the Z frame’s after the throat shot and before the head shot. Not sure if it’s the same missed shot or another one.
